Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy covers the handling of personal data on the B2VPN marketing website, user panel, and subscription service. The sections below explain the data involved, retention principles, and request channels for each purpose. Third-party payment pages are also governed by their providers' privacy policies.
Account and Order Data
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. An email address is optional and is not a condition for activating the service. Account data is used to verify identity, manage subscriptions, and handle account requests. Do not submit passwords, subscription credentials, or payment credentials on public pages.
To deliver subscriptions, reconcile payments, and process refunds, this service stores the plan associated with an account, order status, payment channel, transaction identifiers, and necessary summaries of data usage. Usage summaries support billing and display remaining allowances; they do not include lists of websites visited. Descriptions and attachments voluntarily submitted in support tickets are used only to handle requests. Please remove personal data unrelated to the issue first.
Anonymous No-Logs Policy
B2VPN follows an anonymous no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users visit, store browsing content, visited URLs, or DNS query history, or create connection-log profiles that could reconstruct an individual's online activity. Connection times, destination addresses, and session trails that link an account to a website are not retained.
Account verification, order records, and usage summaries are service-management data, not browsing logs. Troubleshooting relies on necessary operational status and diagnostic information users choose to provide; ongoing collection of personal browsing history is not justified as troubleshooting. Site analytics and subscription usage are handled separately and are not combined to reconstruct individual browsing activity.
Site Analytics and Local Storage
Site analytics help us understand page usage, referral sources, and access issues. They may involve page paths, referring pages, browser categories, and interaction events. Analytics should not include passwords, subscription credentials, payment credentials, or support ticket content, and are not used to determine which international websites a user visits.
Cookies and local storage support essential sessions and save language preferences and interface settings. User panel login credentials may be stored locally so the page can recognize a signed-in state after a refresh. Sign out after using a shared device. You can also clear this site's storage in your browser settings. After clearing it, you may need to sign in again or reset preferences; this does not delete your account or orders from the service.
Payment Processing and Necessary Disclosures
Payment methods include Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payment authorization, transaction confirmation, or on-chain processing is handled by the relevant third party. This service receives the transaction result and identifiers needed to verify an order; payment account passwords are not required in support tickets. This service does not control the visibility of public on-chain transaction information.
When processing payments or delivering technical services, only the information needed for that purpose is shared with the relevant processors. Valid requests that must be answered by law are verified under applicable requirements, and disclosures are limited to the necessary scope. B2VPN does not sell personal data or use order data for third-party marketing unrelated to subscription delivery.
Retention Periods and Deletion Requests
Data is retained according to its purpose, with no single long-term retention period. Account data is kept while account services are provided. Order and transaction records are retained for as long as needed to reconcile payments, process refunds, handle disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. Support ticket and analytics data is deleted or de-identified when its purpose has ended, and is no longer used to identify individuals.
To access, correct, or delete data, sign in to the user panel and describe the scope of your request through the support ticket portal. This service will first verify account ownership and will not ask you to submit your password. Deletion may affect sign-in, subscription use, or future verification. If data cannot yet be deleted because of an open order, dispute, or legal obligation, the reason will be explained and the request will be handled once that retention reason no longer applies.
Policy Updates and Scope
If the purposes of processing, the types of data involved, or the ways to submit requests change, this page will be updated and the month at the top will be revised. Significant changes to processing practices will be announced through the website or user panel; silent changes will not replace necessary notices.
This policy explains how data is handled. Subscription use and refund terms are described separately in the Terms of Service. If you have questions about data handling, submit them through a user panel support ticket. Avoid sharing account credentials through public channels.
